• Financial data you enter: invoices, expenses, client details, and payment records you add to track your income and tax.
• Receipt and document images: photos you capture or upload of receipts, bills, or income statements, used to extract details like amount and vendor so you don't have to type them in manually.
• Usage data: basic app interaction data to help us fix bugs and improve features.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the core features of Revixus — invoicing, expense tracking, GST/TDS records, and tax estimates.
• To sync your data securely between the Revixus mobile app and web portal using the same account.
• To send you service-related communication (e.g., payment confirmations, important updates).
• To extract details from receipts and documents you photograph: these images are processed by Google's Gemini AI service to pre-fill fields like amount, vendor, and date. You always review and can edit or discard this before it's saved.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase). We use industry-standard authentication and encryption in transit. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

4. Payment information

Subscription payments for Revixus Pro are processed by Razorpay. Revixus does not store your card or banking details directly — these are handled by Razorpay in compliance with RBI and PCI-DSS standards.

You can access, update, or request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
